THE JDG PROCESS

No mystery process. We document the work.

Every service follows a deliberate path from pre-qualification through inspection, controlled application, verification, documentation, and future maintenance guidance.

01

REQUEST & PRE-QUALIFICATION

Tell us about the asset, condition, location, and use. Photos may be requested before scheduling when condition or access needs clarification.

02

ARRIVAL & BASELINE INSPECTION

We verify the asset, inspect serviceable areas, document existing conditions, identify protected zones, and confirm the job can be performed safely.

03

PREPARATION

Loose debris, moisture, contamination, and sensitive components are addressed as appropriate. Some assets may require additional preparation or postponement before treatment.

04

CONTROLLED APPLICATION

Corrosion-protection material is applied to approved accessible areas using appropriate equipment while avoiding brakes, exhaust, tires, belts, sensors, and other protected components.

05

COVERAGE VERIFICATION

The application is reviewed for missed areas, controlled exclusions, and any needed touch-ups before the service is closed out.

06

DOCUMENTATION & HANDOFF

We record the service, preserve before-and-after documentation when appropriate, and provide maintenance and future-inspection recommendations.

07

FUTURE INSPECTION

Protection is a maintenance system, not a permanent one-time fix. Future inspection timing depends on product, exposure, vehicle use, washing practices, and operating environment.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

A suitable place to work and accurate information.

  • A safe, reasonably level service area with enough room to work around the asset
  • Accurate information about known leaks, repairs, prior coatings, rust, and modifications
  • Access to the vehicle or equipment at the scheduled time
  • Removal of loose items that could interfere with access or documentation

Weather, surface condition, equipment access, and safety conditions can affect whether mobile service can proceed as scheduled.
